Kenya Govt Backs Ogaden Peace Effort VOA

Washington — One of the longest-running conflicts in Africa in the Somali-inhabited region of Ethiopia could be moving toward a resolution.
Peace talks broken off last year between the Ethiopian government and the rebel Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) may re-open in October, according to Kenyan negotiators.
Last year's talks, hosted in Nairobi by Kenyan government officials, were overshadowed by the death of Ethiopia's longtime Prime Minister, Meles Zenawi. They ended early without addressing substantive issues of a half-century of conflict.
"There was a sort of uncertainty at the top of Ethiopian leadership and about what they really wanted from these talks," said Cedric Barnes, International Crisis Group's Horn of Africa regional coordinator in Nairobi.
The driving force behind both negotiation efforts is a team of Kenyan officials who are ethnic Somalis led by a former State Minister for Defense and member of parliament representing Garissa County, Mohamed Yusuf Haji.
Kenya's special envoy to the Horn of Africa, Ambassador Ali Bunow Korane, confirmed recently that the Ethiopian government and leadership of the ONLF have agreed to meet.
Despite recent reports of fighting near Jijiga, the administrative capital of the Ogaden, Kenya continues pushing for talks. "We're discussing possible negotiations in October," Korane said. The ONLF's chief negotiator, Abdirahman Mahdi, confirmed the Kenyan initiative.
"There's quite a bit of shuttle diplomacy going on," said Barnes, author of a new ICG report on the Ogaden conflict.
The Ogaden talks could bring an end to a decades-long conflict that has left a large region of Ethiopia, desperately in need of development, devastated and marginalized. But Barnes' report warns that success "requires unprecedented concessions from both sides."
After the World War II withdrawal of Italian forces, Ethiopia took possession of the Ogaden, a vast semi-arid land of shrubs and bare hills that became the southeastern quarter of Ethiopia. The majority of the 4.5 million population are ethnic Somalis whose Ogaadeni clan ties extend to major parts of Somalia and Kenya.
Although dates are not yet firm, Special Envoy Korane spoke optimistically of the impact they could have in the region. "I think settlement in the Ogaden could have an impact on some of the other problems of Somalis in the region."
A constitutional stumbling block
Last year's talks ended when the ONLF refused to accept the Ethiopia constitution as a pre-condition to talks because of Article 39, which addresses the right to secede.
"The constitution says they have the right to self-determination up to and including independence," said Edmond Keller, an Ethiopia scholar at the University of California at Los Angeles. "But it's sort of the old communist dictum: You have the right, but not to exercise it."
The two sides must confront the same issue in new talks, but "what we've heard is that both parties are looking for a work-around," said Barnes. "It's not a question of ONLF accepting it, or the government insisting."
"While I doubt that the Ethiopian government is prepared to accept independence or self-determination for the Ogaden region, I assume that greater regional autonomy is on the negotiating table,' former U.S. ambassador to Ethiopia David Shinn told a Somali newspaper reporter recently.
Mahdi argues that the single goal of the ONLF, which he helped to found in the 1970s, is to permit the Ethiopians of the Ogaden to determine their own political future. "The issue has been identity and legacy of 50 years of oppression."
"After the breakdown, there was a lot of campaigning to show the Somali people that they are part of Ethiopia," said Mahdi. "Many outsiders have been deluded by a lot of Ethiopian propaganda."
But war fatigue could overcome mutual distrust. "Two decades of deadly conflict ... have exhausted the local Ethiopian-Somali population sufficiently to push the ONLF back to the table," said the ICG report.
In addition to several divisions of Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF) now stationed in the Ogaden, the government recruited thousands of local Somalis to form a Special Police Force stepping up military pressure on the ONLF. Both sides have been charged with abusing the civilian population by a 2010 Human Rights Watch report.
"Abuses have been committed by all sides," said Barnes. "Both sides have to reconcile that dire things have been done."
Pressure from the Somali diaspora
The research director of the Institute for Horn of Africa Studies in Minneapolis and a native of the Ogaden, Faisal Roble, accused the Ethiopian government of abuses but said the ONLF is hurt by weak leadership. "Frankly, the ONLF lacks leadership, the capacity to engage in international diplomacy ... "
Roble said that attitudes are changing on both sides of the Ethiopian conflict. Somalis in the Horn are seeing Ethiopia in a new light, said Roble.
"There is a new prime minister in Ethiopia, and they are asserting themselves as a regional broker in peace building," said Keller. "The central government has been reaching out to ethnic groups in the Somali region to find reasons for agreement."
Somalis outside the Ogaden are now changing their views of Ethiopia, Roble said.
"The Ethiopian leadership is not the traditional enemy they have known for years" and diaspora Somalis are putting pressure on the ONLF to reach a settlement, he said. Ethiopia's Prime Minister, Haile Mariam Desalegne, unveiled in the administrative capital of Jijiga a statue of Sayyīd Muhammad 'Abd Allāh al-Hasan, the founder of the Pan-Somali movement. Similar monuments in Mogadishu and other towns in the region have been destroyed in clan warfare, said Roble.
Roble said Ethiopia is "opening its heart, at least, to the history of Somalis."

እንዲሉ በወያኔዎች መካከል ደም እስከመቃባት የደረሰ ጠብና ቅራኔ በነሣምእንደቃል ኪዳን ሆኖ ወያኔ ወያኔን ለሌላ አካል አጋልጦ የማይሠጥ መሆኑ ነው፤ለዚህም ነው አቶ ስዬ አብርሃ ለአሳሪው ለአቶ መለስ ዜናዊ ሞት ፍራሽ አንጥፎከነቤተሰቡ ልቅሶ ተቀምጦ እንደነበር መስማት የቻልነው - መቼም ስዬእንደክርስቶስ መሓሪ ወይም እንደእግዚአብሔር ሁሉን ታጋሽና ቻይ ሆኖ ነውብንል ራሱ ስዬ ይታዘበናል - ይህ አስገራሚ ክስተት ከዘረኝነትና ከጎጠኝነትጋርየተያያዘ መሆን አለበት፡፡ ይቅርታ ይደረግልኝና ያን ሁሉ ግፍና በደል በኔናበቤተሰቤ ያደረሰብኝ ደብረታቦሬ ሀገር መሪ› ቢሞት ከሞራልና ከሃይማኖትእንዲሁም ከባህል አንጻር በደስታ ጮቤ መርገጡ ቢቀርብኝ ማቅ መልበሱናሀዘን መቀመጡ ግን በሟቹ የመቀለድ ያህል እንደሚያስመስልብኝ እገምታለሁናየምሞክረው አይመስለኝም፡፡ የነእንትና ነገር ግን ‹አታሃዛዚቡና› እንደተባለውነው፡፡ እያልኩ ያለሁት በመለስም ሆነ በሌሎች ወያኔዎች የተበደሉ ወያኔዎችአይዘኑ አይደለም፡፡ ከፈለጉ ቅጥ ባለው መንገድ ማዘን ይችላሉ፤በይሉኝታቢስነታቸው ቀጥለውበት ትዝብት ውስጥ መግባትን ከቁብ ካልጣፉትደግሞ ፊታቸውን መንጨትና ሰባትም ዐሥራ አራትም ዓመት ከል መልበስይችላሉ፡፡ መጠቆም የፈለግሁት የነሱን ጠብ በውኃ እንደሚፀዳ ተራ ነገርየሚቆጥሩ ሲሆኑ፣ በሌሎች ላይ ቂምና የነገር ቁርሾ ከቋጠሩ ግን ባላጋራዎቻችንናቸው ብለው የፈረጇቸውን ዕድለቢስ ወገኖች መቀመቅ ካላስገቡ በቀላሉ የማይለቁ እጅግ ሲበዛ መርዘኛ መሆናቸውን ነው፡፡
አለመለከፍ ማለት ቀድሞውን ወያኔን አለመሆን ወይም ወያኔን ሆኖ አለመፈጠር ነው እንጂ አንዴውኑ በወያኔነት ልምሻ ከተኮደኮዱ በኋላ የፈውሱ ነገር አዳጋች ነው - በተለይእንዳሁኑ ዘመን ጊዜ እየነጎደ በሄደ መጠን የተፈጠሩበትን ዕለት እስከመራገም ለሚያደርስ አሰቃቂ የመጨረሻ ዕጣ ይዳርጋል፡፡ ከዚህ ከወያኔው ዓይነት የዘረኝነት ልክፍት የሚፈወሱናጤነኛ ሰው የሚሆኑ - ጤነኛ ሆነውም አውቀው አምነውበትም ይሁን ሳያውቁ ተታልለው የበደሉትን ሀገርና ሕዝብ ለመካስ የሚተጉ እጅግ ጥቂቶች ናቸው - ያም እንደገና የመወለድ ያህልመታደል ነው - ለነሱም ለሀገርም፡፡ እንደነዚህ ዓይነት ሰዎች ደግሞ የዕንቁ ያህል ውድ ናቸው፤ በቀላሉና የትም አናገኛቸውም፡፡ እናም እንግባባ - ወያኔ ወያኔነትን የትም ሆኖና በማንኛውምሁኔታ ውስጥ ሆኖ ለአፍታም አይዘነጋትም፡፡ መዘንጋት ለኅልውናው አደጋ እንደሆነ ያህል ስለሚቆጥረው ይመስለኛል፡፡ አንዲት ማረሚያ ቤት የምትገኝ የወያኔ ወታደር ሰሞኑን በርዕዮትዓለሙ ላይ ፈጸመቺው የተባለው አስነዋሪ የዘረኝነት ድርጊትም ከዚህ ጋር በቀጥታ የሚገናኝ ነው - ለዚህች ደንቆሮ ‹እሥረኛ›  ወያኔነት ማለት የገነትም የመንግሥተ ሰማይም ገዢ ነው - ‹እሥር ቤቱና አሣሪዎቹ እኛው እስከሆን ድረስ፣ ገዢዎቹ እኛው እስከሆን ድረስ ይበልጥ እሥረኞች ሌሎች እንጂ እኛ አይደለንም› ብላ ሳታምን አልቀረችም(ይህ ዓይነቱ ከፍተኛ ሞኝነትየሚነበብበት የወያኔዎች አካሄድ የጆርጅ ኦርዌልን “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than the others.” የሚለውን ያስታውሰኛል፡፡የብዙዎቹወያኔዎች መርሆ እነዚህ ብሂሎች ልብ እንድንል ያደርጉናል፡- “የዘሬን ብተው ያንዘርዝረኝ “ትንሽ ሥጋ እንደመርፌ ትወጋ”  “የሥጋ ትል የዘመድ ጥል”  በእንግሊዝኛው ደግሞ“Blood is thicker than water.” ይህ የወያዎች ‹የዋህነት› የሚያሳየን ግን የእግዚአብሔርን መንገድና ትክክለኛውን ማኅበረሰብኣዊ የዕድገት ደረጃን ሣይሆን በዝቅተኛ የንቃትናየዕውቀት ደረጃ የሚገኙ የሌሎች እንስሳትን ነሲባዊ የመሳሳብ ጠባይ ነው፡፡ ሰው ከሰውነት ደረጃ ወርዶ እንዲህ ያለ የደምና የአጥንት ማነፍነፍ ቅሌት ውስጥ ሲገባ ማየት ደግሞበማኅበረሰብም ይሁን በሀገር ደረጃ ከፍተኛ አለመታደልና የሀፍረት ምንጭም ነው፡፡
የተወልደ በየነ ንግግር እንደዐረብ ጣቢያ ድንገት ጣልቃ ገብቶብኝ በርሱ አባባል ጀመርኩ እንጂ አነሳሴ ቲቪ እያየሁ ሳለ በተጓዳኝ እያነበብኩት በነበረውና አሁን በጨረስኩትአንድ ድንቅ መጣጥፍ ላይ ተመርኩዤ የበኩሌን ጥቂት ለማት ነበረ፡፡ ይህን መጣጥፍ ያገኘሁት በዘሀበሻ ድረ ገጽ ላይ ነው - በፒዲኤፍ የቀረበና ከሰሞነኛ መጣጥፎች ቀልቤን ክፉኛ የሳበቆንጆ ጽሑፍ ነው፡፡ ይህ ግሩም ጽሑፍ የቀረበው ከአንድ በስደት ላይ እንደሚገኝ የገለጸ የቀድሞ የመንግሥት ሚዲያ ዘጋቢና የኮሚኒኬሽን ባለሙያ ነው፡፡ ጽሑፉ የሚያትተው ወደፊትመጽሐፍ ሆኖ ይወጣል ከተባለና አንድ የወያኔ ከፍተኛ ባለሥልጣን ይሄው የመንግሥት ሚዲያ ዘጋቢ ከሀገር ሊወጣ ሲል ለሰባት ሰዓታት ያህል በመቅረፀ ድምጽ አጋዥነት ሰጠውከተባለው የኑዛዜ ቃል ተቀንጭቦ የቀረበ እንደሆነ ተጠቅሷል፡፡ ርዕሱ “በሚኒስትር ዴኤታ ማዕረግ ከሚገኝ የልብ ወዳጄ ጋር በአገራዊና ወቅታዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ያደረግሁት ምሥጢራዊውይይት” ይላል፡፡ ትንሽ ረዘም ቢልም መነበብ ያለበት ማለፊያ ጽሑፍ ነውና እባካችሁ አንብቡት - ሀገር በጣር ላይ እያለች ለማንበብ መድከም የለብንም፡፡ በተፋፋመ ጦርነት ውስጥ ገብቶለሀገር መዋደቅስ አለ አይደልእየቀነጨብኩ ለፈርጥ ያህል በዚች መጣጥፍ ውስጥ በመጠኑ እንዳልጠቅስላችሁ ጽሑፉን ከፒዲኤፍ ወደወርድ ስለውጠው አንዳንድ ሆሄያት ቅርጻቸውእየተንሻፈፈብኝ ተቸገርኩ፡፡ ወያኔ ኢትዮጵያን ለማጥፋት የሚተገብራቸውን ሥልቶች ብዙዎቹን ታገኙበታላችሁ፡፡ ወያኔ የቱን ተመርኩዞ የቱን እንደሚያጠፋናቀጥሎም አንዱን ለማጥፋትየተጠቀመበትን ምርኩዝ ሰባብሮ የትም እንደሚጥል - ባጭሩ ሕወሓት አስብቶ አራጅ መሆኑን ትረዱበታላችሁ፡፡ በምታምኑት ይሁንባችሁና ግዴላችሁም አንብቡት!
ወያኔ በባሕርይው እንደጅብም፣ እንደውሻም፣ እንደዓሣማም፣ እንደእስስትም፣ እንደእባብም … ነው፡፡ ለወያኔ የባሕርይ መግለጫነት የማይሆኑ ርግብን የመሳሰሉ የዋሃንፍጡራን ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ በተረፈ ወያኔ ማለት የክፋት ተምሳሌት የሆኑ የተፈጥሮም ይሁኑ ሰው ሠራሽ ነገሮች ውሁድ ሥሪት ነው፡፡ የክፋት አድማሱ ደግሞ ወሰን የለውም፡፡ ድንበር የለሽክፋት ደግሞ ድንበርን ተሻግሮ ብዙ ዘመናትን የማጣቀስ ጠባይ አለው፡፡ ለዚህ ነው የክፋት አምባሳደሩ ወያኔም ሞተ ሲሉት እየተነሳ በአፈ ታሪክ ዘጠኝ ነፍስ ያላት መሆኗ እንደሚወራላትድመት እስካሁኒቷ ቅጽበት ድረስ በአፀደ ሕይወት ሊገኝ የቻለው፡፡
የወያኔ ውሻዊ ባሕርይ፡፡ ውሾች እርስ በርስ ሊዋደዱም ላይዋደዱም ይችላሉ፡፡ ግን ግን እነሱም ልክ እንደብዙዎቹ እንስሳት ዘር መንጣሪና ”species”ኣቸው ውጪ ከሌሎችጋር እምብዝም አይቀላቀሉምና በአደንም ሆነ በሥሮት ወቅት አይለያዩም፡፡ ወያኔዎች ከውሻ የወሰዱት ጠባይ ታዲያ ውሾች በግላቸው የፈለጉትን ያህል ይጣላሉ፣ ይነካከሳሉም እንጂ የውጪጠላትና የአደጋ ሥጋት ከተደቀነባቸው ቂጣቸውን ይገጥሙና ያን ጠላት በጋራ ይከላከላሉ፤ በክፉ ቀን በመካከላቸው ንፋስ አይገባም፡፡ አጥንት ላይ የተፋጠጡና የሰገሌን ጦርነት በውሻኛ“version” ሊደግሙት የተዘጋጁ ውሾች ሳይቀሩ ያን ሆድ-ተኮር ጠብ በጊዜያዊ የተኩስ አቁም ስምምነት አቁመው የመጣባቸውን የጋራ ጠላት በጋራ ይጋፈጣሉ፤ በውነቱ ይህ መልካምጠባይ ነው፡፡ በወያኔዎች ላይ ብቻ ተወስኖ መቅረቱና በሰባና ሰማንያ ሚሊዮን በሚገመተው አጠቃላዩ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እንዲሁም በሌሎች የፖለቲካና ማኅበረሰብኣዊ ስብስቦች ዘንድአለመሥራቱ ግን ያሳዝናል፤ ይቆጭማል፡፡ እነሱ ብልጥ ሲሆኑ ሌላው ጅላንፎ ሆኖ እስከወዲያናው በሚመስል ሁኔታ ሲጃጃል መታዘብ ትልቅ ቁጭት ነው፡፡ ከውሻ እንኳን መማርያቃታቸው ኢትዮጵያውያን ተቃዋሚዎች ወያኔ በቀደዳለቸው የልዩነት መስመር
እየተመሙ ለወያኔው ዕድሜ መራዘም ጠንክረው በመሥራት ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡ መቼ ነፍስ እንደሚያውቁና ለከርታታው ‹ሕዝባቸው› መሢሕነታቸውን እንደሚያሳዩ አናውቅም፡፡ ውሻ በበጎምሆነ በክፉ ብዙ ተጠቃሽ ባሕርያት ቢኖሩትም ለጊዜው ይህ በቂየ ነው፡፡
የወያኔ ጅባዊ ጠባይ፡፡ ጅብ ፈሪ ነው፡ወያኔም በጣም ፈሪ ነው፡፡ ገደልኩት ብሎ የሚያምነውን ‹ጠላቱን› እንኳን የሚፈራና መቃብር ውስጥም ገብቶ ዐፅምን በምናባዊየስድብና የምፀት ጅራፍ የሚገርፍ፣ በሙታንም ላይ የሚሣለቅና የሚቀልድ ነው - ወያኔ፡፡ ለምሳሌ አማራንና ኦርቶዶክስን ገድሎ እንደቀበራቸው በወያኔዊ መድረኮች ካላንዳች ሀፍረትናይሉኝታ እየተደሰኮረ ነው፡፡ ግዴለም ሞቱ እንበል፡፡ በሕይወት ያሉ እየመሰለው ታዲያን በባነነ ቁጥር በሚናገራቸው የዕብሪት ቃላቱና በሚያከናውናቸው ፀረ-ሕዝብ ተግባራቱ ለትዝብትእንደተዳረገ አለ ፡፡ ፍርሀት በራስ የመተማመን ችሎታን ያሳጣል፤ ፍርሀት ቤቱን የሠራበት ሰው እንደመለስ ተሳዳቢና አሽሟጣጭ ይሆናል፡፡ ፍርሀት ያሸነፉትን ጠላት እንዳላሸነፉትበማስቆጠር ቀን በእውን ሌት በውን እያስባተተና እያስቃዠ ወንጀለኛና ኃጢኣተኛ ያደርጋል፡፡ የወያኔ ወንጀል እየተቆለለ ሄዶ ለፍርድ አስቸጋሪ እስኪሆንበት ድረስ ፈጣሪን እያስጨነቀያለው እንግዲህ ከዚህ መሠረታዊ ምክንያት በመነጨ መሆን አለበት፡፡ እንዲያ ባይሆንስ ቁናው ከሞላ ሰንብቷል፡፡

ጅብ ሆዳም ነው፡፡ የጅብ ሆድ ደግሞ የሚመርጠው የለም፡፡ ያገኘውን እየሰለቀጠ ወደጎሬው ይገባል፡፡ የነጋበት ጅብ በተለይ አይጣል ነው፡፡ ወያኔ እንደዛሬው ሳይነጋበትም ሆነእንደዱሮው በጊዜ ያገኘውን ሁሉ ማግበስበስ መነሻና መድረሻ ዋና ጠባዩ ነው፡፡ ወያኔ አይጠግብም - እምብርት የለውምና፡፡ ከመሰል ሰብኣዊ ጅቦች ጋር ሆኖ ኢትዮጵያን ራቁቷንእያስቀራት ያለ ወያኔ ነው፡፡ ጅብ ሆዳም ብቻ አይደለም፡፡ የብዙ ብልሹ ምግባራት ተምሳሌት ነው፡፡ ለአብነት እርስ በርሱ አይተማመንም፡፡ ከዚያም የተነሣ ሲሄድ እንኳን ፊትና ኋላ ሆኖሳይሆን ጎን ለጎን ሆኖ ነው ይባላል፤ በተለይ የቆሰለ ጅብ በመንጋው ውስጥ ካለ በጣም ካልተጠነቀቀ በስተቀር ከአህያ ያልተናነሰ ዕድል እንደሚገጥመው ይነገራል - በቁሙ ነው አሉእሚዘረጥጡት፡፡ ወያኔም እንደዚሁ ነው፡፡ አይተማመኑም፤ እርስ በርስ ይበላላሉ፡፡ ተባልተው ተባልተው መጨረሻቸው ደርሷል እየተባለ ነው አሁን፡፡ ለሰው ማን እንዲህ ሹክ እንደሚለውአላውቅም፤ ግን ‹መዥገሩ ወያኔ በደም አብጦና በደም ሰክሮ ሊፈርጥና ሊበታተን ነው› እየተባለ በየቦታው ሲወራ እሰማለሁ - ወፍ ትሆናለችእንዲህ እያለች ምሥጢር እያወጣች  ያለች -እንዳፏ ያድርግልን፡፡ ለመሆኑ ግና - መለስ ብለን መለስን ስናስታውስ የወዲ ዜናዊ ሠይፍ ያልቀላው ትላልቅና ትናንሽ ወያኔ አለ ወይእንዴ፣ ያልተቆረጠመ ሰው እኮ የለም፤ የመለስነዲድና ፍላጻ ሞኛሞኙንና ቅን ታዛዡን ብቻ መርጦ ትቷል፡፡ በልዩ ወርቃማ ዕድል ከዐይኑ የተሠወሩበት ጥቂት ብልጣብልጦችና አድርባዮች ለዘር እንዲተርፉ የመለስ ውቃቢ አምላክምሯቸው እንደሆነ እንጂ መለስ የፈጀው ሕዝብ እኮ በውነቱ ከግምት በላይ ነው፤ መለስ ዜናዊኧሯበጊዜ መሰብሰቡ በጄ(/-ኣቸው(?)) እንጂ ከርሱ ሾተል ማን ሊተርፍ ይቻለው ነበርበተለይ እሱ የወያኔ ባለሥልጣን ከሆነበት የብረት ትግሉ የመጀመሪያ ዓመታት ጀምሮ በዚህ ሰውዬ ሥውርና ግልጽ ትዕዛዝ እንዲሁም የሽርና የተንኮል ሤራ በመርዝና በጥይት ብዙየወያኔ ታጋይ እንዳለቀ ለጉዳዩ ቅርበት ባላቸው ሃቀኛ ወገኖች የተጻፉ ድርሳናት ይመሰክራሉ - የገብረ መድኅን አርአያ ጽሑፎችን ያነቧል፡፡ ይሄ ሁሉ እየታወቀ ግን መለስን እስከማምለክተደርሷል - ምክንያቱም መለስን መቃወምና መንቀፍ ማለት ከጥቅምና ከጋርዮሽ ዘውጋዊ ቁርኝት ጋር ይጣረሳላምክንያቱም መለስን መቃወም ማለት አሁን የተደረሰበትን የአንድ ብሔርሸፋፋና ቅጥየለሽ “የበላይነት” ሊያሳጣ እንደሚችል ይታመናላድንቄም የበላይነትየበላይ የሆኑትስ እየተበደሉና እየተረገጡ የሚገኙት በርካታ ሚሊዮን ወገኖች ናቸው፡፡ የበላይ የሆኑትስእየተራቡና እየተጠሙ፣ እየታረዙና እየታመሙ፣ እየተጋዙና እየተገደሉ፣ በእሥርና በስደት አሰቃቂ ሕይወትም መከራቸውን እየበሉ ያሉት ምሥኪኖች ናቸው፡፡ የበላይ የሆኑትስ በገዛሀገራቸው እንደሦስተኛና አራተኛ ዜጋ ተቆጥረው የማንኛውም የኢኮኖሚና የፖለቲካ መብታቸው ሳይከበርላቸው እንደከብት እንዲኖሩ የተገደዱ ትግሬውን ጨምሮ የየትኛውም ዘውግአባላት ናቸው፡፡ የበላይ የሆኑትስ ለኅሊናቸው ያደሩና ሀገራቸውን ከወያኔ ጋር ተባብረው ያልሸጡ የሁሉም ዘውግ አባላት ወገኖቻችን ናቸው፡፡ ማን የበላይ ማን ደግሞ የበታች እንደሆነ በጊዜሂደት የምናየው ይሆናል፡፡ በጮማ ግሣትና በውስኪ ብስናት ሕዝብ ላይ እያቀረሹመኖር የበላይነት መገለጫ ሳይሆን የአውሬነትና የእንስሳነት ጠባይ ማሳያ ነው፡፡ ኤዲያ … በቃኝ እባክሽ፤አናጋሪዎች!
